Shipping
All goods are delivered to the customer’s country local postal service.
We despatch orders every week on Thursdays.
Shipping methods:
EMS, 20-30€, 5-7 days.
Ordinary post, 7€, 1 month.
Delivery to the tournaments, free, check event dates.

Please note we are not responsible for any Customs Charges outside of the Republic of Belarus. Payment can be made online using credit/debit cards (Visa , Mastercard or Americand Express). All transactions are protected by https encrypted protocol. If you have any issues with using our payment processor, then please email us.

Returns & Replacements
Lubart-miniatures comply with the LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS dated January 9, 2002 N 90-З “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. A customer has the right to cancel their order without giving a reason. A customer may return any item within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund less ‘shipping costs’. Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by post within 14 working days of receipt. The items may be returned for a full refund (less postage) or replacement. Lubart-miniatures has a shipping policy favouring the customer, making several offers on shipping as well as not charging the real shipping cost of the item(s). Actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as well as any costs related to selected payment service. Lubart-miniatures will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Lubart-miniatures only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the item(s). The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction shall be made from the refund of any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied. Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation and only after having received the products back.

Viewing Orders
You can view the orders you place with Lubart-miniatures and their status by accessing your account by logging in at our Webstore. You need to create an account with us to place an order.

Updating Account Information
You can make changes to your Lubart-miniatures account at any time by logging in at our Webstore. In here you have the ability to edit, delete and add to your delivery information and account information.

Guarantee
We guarantee all products to be of merchantable quality, and as advertised. If you feel otherwise, please contact us. We further guarantee that you may cancel your order by email right up until the point your order is shipped. Please also refer to our Returns Policy above.

Privacy & Security
Lubart-miniatures do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. “Cookies” are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the delivery address book is used and to store your details if you select to register an account with us.
